My 3 Sweet Peas Boutique is owned by Stacey and I actually won a Gift Certificate to this boutique for $10 off of a $20 custom order. I went through D’s hair accessories to see what she “needed”, then I pretty much just told Stacey the colors I wanted for each theme and she did her thing and created some lovely bows in a varying styles.
